Another Fitness Rethink
When I was young I was very prone to getting colds and bugs. How to reduce these instances has largely influenced my health and fitness habits in recent years.
This has involved a heavy focus on getting plenty of sleep, not exercising to excess, giving my body plenty of time to recover, and following general cleanliness habits like washing hands and staying away from the infected!
But is avoidance really the best strategy?
Look at hospital staff. They obviously take greater measures than the average person, but their immune systems also get buffed up from regular exposure.
